Data and Analytics Senior Manager
  • Proficient in translating data and analytics into actionable insights, adept at creating reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders effectively.
  • Experienced in designing and executing the analysis and transformation of large datasets, both structured and unstructured, quantitative and qualitative.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, capable of independently managing projects from conception to completion by implementing various data analytics solutions.
  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders to grasp their business requirements, fostering strong internal and external relationships to oversee cross-functional projects.
  • Senior Manager-level candidates should possess project management experience across various domains such as accounting/finance, FP&A, modeling, and/or tech implementation.
  • Skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, driven by a passion for collaboration, technology adoption, and client satisfaction.
  • Capable of overseeing individual and team workflows and task assignments.

Qualifications and Capabilities:
We seek individuals with a balanced mix of skills, as follows:
  1. Must have: Strong soft skills and general technical competence are crucial for daily operations in the Business Transformation group.
  2. 'Major' concentration: Proficiency in at least one technical skill, certified and used consistently for 2+ years, with self-identification as 'fluent' or 'super-user'.
  3. 'Minor' concentrations: Proficiency in at least two additional technical skills.
Must Have (Core Experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for quantitative backgrounds such as Accounting/Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Preferred qualifications include CPA or other relevant designations.
  • Prior experience in analytics within a client service environment.
  • Strong communication, team collaboration, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to conduct research and devise ad-hoc solutions to challenges.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formula usage (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF statements, INDEX/MATCH, etc.).
Major/Minor Competencies:
  • ETL Automation: Alteryx
  • Visualization: Tableau / MSFT PowerBI
  • Code-Based: Python (R acceptable but not preferred)
  • Data Query: SQL (T-SQL) / (mySQL acceptable but not preferred)
  • Relational Data: Understanding of Database syntax (Table Structure, Joins, Filters)
